About Me
- Name: Jeremy Thiel
- Location: Austin, Texas
My journey in Fitness and wellness started at the early age of 12. I was a chubby young kid and was picked on. I decided then that I would never be over weight and I would show every one. 14 years later I am a professional trainer and the Co Founder and Owner of the only Crossfit Affilate in Austin Texas Crossfit Central. Crossfit Central trains hundreds of people every month and has built strong relationships with the fitness community in Austin Texas and the Nation. I am excited today to bring my knowledge obtained over the past 14 years and give it to my new students. Get READY and GO!
